Vibrating Screen / Grader is widely used in various industries for sepration of desired particles from any mixed product. It is manufactured in various capacities with single deck or multi decks. Vibrator body is made of MS structure with stiffener angles and supported on eight number of heavy duty coiled springs made of special spring stel for better stabilize the opration. The viberating Screen is made to viberate either by linear motion of by Circular motion. It is viberated through drive with cordon shaft drive or V Belt drive. The accurate counter weight design helps to control the amplitude of viberation. The selection of drive motor depends on the capacity and the numbers of Decks to be used.
